Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation Policy Vee Dee Enterprises believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped, once it has been shipped no cancellation request can be entertained.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Refund Policy:

On VeeDee branded products, we have a 7 Days No Questions asked Refund Policy.

On Other Products, if product is returned within 7 days or receipt, we will refund the amount minus a re-stocking charge of 25%

Refund will be issued if the product sent back for repairs cannot be repaired within 21 days.

All refunds will be processed within 21 days of receiving returned product.

It will remain the customers responsibility to return the product in unused condition.  There should not be any signs of wear and tear on either the product or the box to be eligible for a refund.  We do not do reverse pick up or re-imburse any return shipping charges.  It is the cutomers' responsibility to return the product to us in sale able condition.

If product or box is found damaged, no refund request will be entertained and the product sent back to the buyer at his cost.
